Mindfulness with ourselves. Our relationship with ourselves is the foundation of how we relate to EVERYONE else. Mindfulness IS the journey from unrelenting self-criticism, to self-acceptance, and kindness- all without losing our edge.
Perfectionism isolates, vulnerability connects. Why do we try so very hard to be perfect, when I all it does is scare people? Why do we find it so hard to admit that we need each other?
Am I doing it right? Am I doing what I should be doing? How mindfulness helps us find clarity.
The curse of comparing mind- need I say more?
