Based on decades of personal mindfulness training and practice combined with the research of Dr. Amaishi Jha.  Dr. Jha  is a neuroscientist working with the US Department of Defense, at their request, she developed an effective and efficient mindfulness training program for servicemen and women, recommending 12 minutes of daily practice.  I highly recommend her book, Peak Mind. This course will follow her training program
