This course is based on decades of  my own personal mindfulness training combined with the research of Dr. Amaishi Jha.  Dr. Jha  is a neuroscientist and mindfulness practioner.  At the request of the US Department of Defense she developed an effective, mefficient mindfulness training program for servicemen and women, recommending 12 minutes of daily practice.  I highly recommend her book, Peak Mind. This course will follow her training program.
